Grades 9-12: Mediation: Getting to WinWin!

Train Senior High students to resolve conflicts fairly and constructively with our revised and updated Mediation: Getting to WinWin! More detailed lesson plans and a new hierarchy of skills and additional background concepts give this curriculum new appeal. It contains training exercises in all the fundamental communications skills and concepts for training peer mediators, now better organized with a more logical sequence. Most role-plays have been revised with the addition of some more current topics. The guide also provides logistical pointers on implementation and program maintenance.

Some middle schools prefer using this guide instead of Mediation for Kids. Call a trainer for details.
