FedEx Ground S&H to a U.S. zip code:
For orders up to $40.00, add $4.00 S&H.
For orders over $40.00, add 10% of the total cost.
Miami-Dade County customers add 7% sales tax;
all other Florida customers add 6%.

Expedited service (overnight, 2-day, 3-day) is available upon request to most U.S. locations. Call before placing your order to determine the additional charges.

FedEx Ground S&H to Canada:
For orders up to $60.00, add $6.00 S&H.
For orders over $60.00, add 10% of the total cost.
Add 7% G.S.T. or 15% H.S.T.
